We work with a small family of instruments — crystal singing bowls, rain stick, tuning forks, and tones drawn from the solfeggio frequencies — chosen session by session to clear, calm, and relax. Offered two ways: woven into your private session, or as a group sound bath you can book as an event.

Sound Bath — Add-On Service

We close your Reiki session with resonance chosen for you that day — crystal bowls for deep settling, the rain stick for gentle grounding, tuning forks placed near where you're holding tension, or solfeggio frequency tones matched to your session. A long, unhurried wind-down that deepens the rest you've already found. Check the box when you book, or simply ask when you arrive.

This season: sound baths under the sky’s calendar

This season, our sound baths follow the sky. Meteor showers, a blood moon eclipse, the equinox — each gathering is timed to a real celestial moment, so the evening means something before you even walk in. Bring a friend and a yoga mat; blankets, bolsters, and quiet provided. Each event is limited to 12 so everyone has room to stretch out.

    Wed, Aug 12 · 8:30–9:45 PM · The Perseids peak tonight — rest in sound while a hundred wishes fall overhead. Limited to 12.

    Fri, Aug 28 · 8:00–9:30 PM · The full moon turns deep red in total eclipse — the sky's own letting-go. Reiki + crystal bowls for release. Limited to 12.

    Sat, Sep 12 · 7:00–8:15 PM · As a solar eclipse crosses skies far south of us, we mark the new moon here at home — a dark-sky night for setting what comes next. Limited to 12.
